Het zit vol eiwitten, vitamines en smaak, en geeft je langdurige energie. Bovendien is een omelet ontzettend veelzijdig: je kunt eindeloos vari\u00ebren met verschillende groenten en kruiden, afhankelijk van wat je in huis hebt.<\/p><span style=\"font-size: revert; font-weight: 400; white-space: normal;\">Dit recept is ideaal voor zowel doordeweekse ochtenden als een rustig weekendontbijt. Voeg een snuf zout en peper toe en meng dit goed door de eieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Snijd de paprika in kleine blokjes, hak de ui fijn en was de spinazie indien nodig. Door de groenten klein te snijden, garen ze sneller en verdeel je ze beter door de omelet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verhit een eetlepel olijfolie of boter in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Zorg dat de pan goed warm is voordat je begint met bakken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voeg eerst de ui toe aan de pan en bak deze 1\u20132 minuten tot hij zacht en licht glazig wordt. Dit zorgt voor extra smaak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voeg daarna de paprika toe en bak nog eens 2\u20133 minuten mee tot deze iets zachter wordt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voeg de spinazie toe en laat deze kort slinken in de pan. Dit duurt meestal maar 1 minuut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verlaag het vuur een beetje en giet het eimengsel gelijkmatig over de groenten in de pan. Zorg dat het mengsel goed verdeeld is.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laat de omelet rustig bakken zonder te roeren. Wanneer de onderkant stevig begint te worden, kun je eventueel wat geraspte kaas toevoegen voor extra smaak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bak de omelet verder tot de bovenkant bijna gestold is.
