Het idee is simpel: je bereidt alles de avond ervoor, zet het in de koelkast, en de volgende ochtend is je ontbijt meteen klaar om te eten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wat dit ontbijt zo fijn maakt, is dat het niet alleen snel is, maar ook voedzaam en heel goed aan te passen aan je eigen smaak. De havermout wordt zacht en romig doordat het een nacht in melk of een plantaardige melksoort staat. Hierdoor krijg je een pudding-achtige structuur die perfect combineert met vers fruit, noten of honing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het is ideaal voor drukke ochtenden, school, werk of als je gewoon een gezond ontbijt wilt zonder gedoe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ef72c5d980e3970a144fe60bbc78719c\" style=\"color:#78b7e8\">Ingredi\u00ebnten (1 portie)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 g havermout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml melk of plantaardige melk (zoals amandel- of havermelk)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tl honing of ahornsiroop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tl vanille-extract (optioneel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 handje fruit (bijv. banaan, aardbei, blauwe bessen)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optioneel: noten, zaden of granola<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9c38d6208c292c1eae63be2a536b7a84\" style=\"color:#78b7e8\">Bereiding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Neem een afsluitbaar potje, glas of kommetje en doe daar de havermout in. Dit vormt de basis van je overnight oats en zorgt later voor een stevige, romige structuur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Giet de melk (of plantaardige melk) erbij en roer goed door zodat alle havermout onder staat en er geen droge stukjes meer zijn. Dit is belangrijk voor een gelijkmatige textuur de volgende ochtend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voeg de honing of ahornsiroop toe en meng dit goed door het geheel zodat de zoetheid overal evenredig verdeeld is. Dit geeft de oats een zachte, licht zoete smaak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voeg eventueel vanille-extract toe en roer opnieuw goed door. Dit geeft extra aroma en maakt het ontbijt net wat voller van smaak.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sluit het potje goed af met een deksel of folie en zet het in de koelkast. Laat dit minimaal 6 uur staan, maar bij voorkeur een hele nacht, zodat de havermout de melk volledig kan opnemen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haal het potje de volgende ochtend uit de koelkast en roer het geheel goed door.
